Don't want to be too negative after a good performance...

    but tonight there were 2 for me.</p>

    Devaney - Looks like a man who knows his time is up. Ran about a bit, failed to beat the first man with any of his crosses and was heavy legged after 60 minutes.</p>

    Ricketts- As above really. Playing 5 in midfield requires 2 good wingers for me.</p>

    Overall however a very good performance. Back 4 looked solid and special mentions to Nyatanga who handled Owen very well, and Mattis who had a very solid game in midfield.</p>

    We have a good squad this year, McCann and Togwell would appear to be pushing Howard and Johnson hard judging by the performance tonight.</p>

    Dunno what's up with Devaney this season - is he missing his mates or are the rumours that he's off true? Either way someone needs to give him a kick up the arse.

    We've certainly got a better squad this year and I agree McCann and Togwell are pushing hard for a starting place.
