    Forgive my ignorance (and intrusion) but what's a salt inhaler? As someone who suffers with respiratory issues as a result of severe hayfever is it likely to be of any help to me?

    I have severe hayfever too and was recommended this before never tried it. Less than a tenner on amazon so may give a go

    Think they are recommended for this type of thing and I thought Dragon tyke was going to buy one to try,I also suffer with breathing problems and was wondering what his verdict on them was

    i haven't used one of these but I have used a netti pot (available on amazon) which sounds to be very much the same thing. You mix warm water and salt and run it through one nostril and out the other. The idea is it flushes out the nose and sinuses.

    I suffer from hay-fever and it does help that.
