I think that Ritchie's days are rightly numbered. The guy doesn't show the ambition we fans demand. His comments about the FA Cup and Premiership didn't have to be made public. Our form is of relegation standard and he will not be living off his past glories for long. Expect Ritchie out before xmas if things don't improve massively.

Does that mean he doesn't share the inflated expectations of certain fans. I would suggest you return to the fish tank dreamer because you seem to forget the position this club was in before richie became manager. Richie appears to be the victim of unreal expectation in my opinion.

No i have realistic expectations. They are simply safe by april. I'm not even expecting mid table. Just not where we are now. Manager to replace him i like the idea of Dowie which someone brought up. Maybe Worthington or Reid would be fairly good too. Someone with experience who can bring in the players we need.

you say you have realistic expectations

you think we can afford Dowies wages?

told Simon Jordan he had personal issues and wanted to move up north closer to his family, Jordan lets him leave, 2 days later hes gone to Palaces local rivals with a nice premiership wage packet.

We give Dowie the chance to earn money back up nearer his family.
