    I don't live in Barnsley and can therefore be completely impartial. The bad bits of Sheffield are far worse than those in Barnsley, that is a fact.

    Actually Hillsborough itself isn't that bad when compared to the neighbouring areas of Parson Cross & Shirecliffe - proper banditcountry!

    Sheffield's worst areas are like something you see in Beirut.

    I've seen some similar areas in Leeds, and one or two over here in Bradford.

    Barnsley has a lot of similarities to Halifax (just up road from here).

    But London is the biggest shithole I've ever visited. Most of it.

    Did you know that Hillsborough & Brightside are the benefits capital of South Yorks? 7.8% of the population as oppose to Barnsley Central 5.7% & Barnsley East 5.5%, Rotherham 7% (Office of National Statistics) proper facts an all, not like those made up on Porktalk about inbreeding and stuff.
