I know all the new phones are loaded with new cameras n mp3 players, however I've got an ipod video n a decent camera so not too fussed about either of these.

Basically I can get any new phone out on Orange but not sure what to get.

    Any suggestions?

I was thinking James Bond stylee

Basically, you want a phone that makes a woman slowly remove her clothes as soon as she looks at it? Am I right?

Can't promise that, but this is a good place to compare phones:

Nokia 6300, easy to use, plenty of features, lightweight and stylish.

Don't bother with the new phone

They should pretty much halve your line rental if you don't take a new phone and just take a new contract.

Having said that you can get decent half price deals from places like www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk that involve paying the full price and then sending off vouchers to get rebates (messy but fine if you are organised) - although I'm sure there are even better deals around if you hunt for them.

Avoid N95 - battery life very poor.

Camarea's pretty good, but the battery's just not up to it.

2.6 mp... only when you print out piks a4 size can u view piks as 5mp... little known fact but working for o2 you find these things out... also gps on it chargable at just under 40 quid a year... and you get charged for the browsing to use the maps aswel... stay well clear of it

Have to agree with NorthernAngel, I have the 6300 and apart from the battery being a bit poor it's top class.

Saying that you could just sell your old handset and buy the 6300 only £90 now. That way you would get a new phone and a cheaper line rental.

Same goes for the older (cheaper) N80...

...the battery on mine lasts about a day! The 3.2Mp camera is todger too. A great example of how the lens is far more important than the resulution of the sensor in digital photography.

Whilst this is perfectly true, higher resolution sensors tend to be better at capturing detail/colour in poor lighting conditions so you do get some benefits even if you don't require the high resolution.

But it's the sesnors that are general smaller/poorer in mobile phone cameras isn't it?

Ive got an N95 and its the best phone I've had. The battery life is poor but the S60 series 3 OS is better than anything out there at the mo. Having said that I've seen the iPhone in action and that its the dogs. Shame its only got a GPRS radio in it though - if they upgrade it to 3g for the UK market then Im having one but I don't think they are doing.

Yes, but you'd think as a first guess that a 3.2Mp camera should in produce half decent shots but my old 1.3Mp phone gets a far better image. It's apparently to do with the way the cheap lens shakes around on the N80. There's a reason good digital cameras have great heavy hunks of glass hanging off the front of them. The lens is critical. Sharpness of focus and the ability to get plenty of light in there if needed.
