Reading looked a sharp passing side. Very young squad. Hudds looked poor in the final third

Huddersfield won't be able to believe they lost that. They actually played quite well and Reading were fairly lucky every shot on target went in.

Didn't watch it but if Duff hasn't taken anything from his time at Swansea I think he'll be struggling to get another go. Looks like he won't get another chance at a longhaul!

I thought Reading played well particularly given the inexperienced squad

Reading have a very good head coach who probably wasn't ready for the Premier League when he was at Southampton, but is miles above League 1 standard.

I haven’t watched a single minute of their season but if he’s under pressure having won 4 & lost 4 of his first 8 league games then the games crackers.

Whatever happened to a new manager having time to get used to his team? We didn’t begin to look like a top side under him until a few months into the season.

Reading their forum I get a feeling that some expected to go straight back up with Birmingham.
