I have got my own copy of the match on VHS, and was about to transfer to DVD.

But, someone borrowed me their copy they recorded from Sky which was already on DVD.

Their copy goes straight to the match and plays etc.

I want to do a copy with a menu, put my own chapters in etc and background music at the beginning blah blah.

Now the question, is their anyway I can "extract" or edit a DVD and then do my own bits etc???

    any comments gratefully appreciated

You could use Nero to do it mate. It's not too hard. I would love a copy of that when you do it as my sky plus cut off just before penalties. If you need any help with doing it drop me a mail Justin_pursley@yahoo.com. it's not too hard to do, use nero smartstart, it's part of the nero package. it guides you through what you need to do.
