DVD ripping help (ripping to MP4 or YouTube ) ?

    Does anyone know how to extract individual tracks from a DVD to say MP4 so I can play em on an iPod ?

    BTW I use a Mac, but if nowt else the theory / procedure would be a help. I'll dig whatever software I may need from the web.
