    DVLA's in Swansea innit?</p>

    Took them ages to sort out my road tax when the w*nkers got the wrong dates for my renewal.</p>

    They have regional offices tho, for certain queries around insurance and registration. I know there's one in Leeds and Sheffield.

    Ever been to one? The mingers and scroats that gerrin there make 'em rival DSS waiting rooms for enlightening experiences.
