I went on the club's website to see if I could find anything out about our rumoured debutant Josh Kay and noticed that Dylan Mottley-Henry has been given the number 36 shirt. I checked the Fulham programme and he wasn't listed, as wasn't Jacob Brown whose details have also been updated following his debut last weekend. Maybe I'm wrong in thinking DMH has just been given a squad number, but does this mean he's going to be involved today at some point?

On another note the non BFC website internet reminded me that Josh Kay is a box to box midfielder signed from AFC Fylde in February this year when aged 19. He previously played for Squires Gate. He's very recently commented on his Twitter feed that he can't believe how far his career has progressed in the last year, so maybe he will get some game time today? He retweets everything BFC and seems to love the club so he'll do for me! I think it's superb how our club gives lads like this a chance to shine.

Mottley-Henry has been the most impressive player in the u23's by all accounts.

Agree, however their careers pan out the fact they've got a chance in the professional game is brilliant. Don't think motivation will ever be an issue with these lads.

mottley henry is so fast seen him play for 23s. just play ball inbehind and he will scare defenses with his pace, on other hand Kay is too slow, hope I am wrong but he was caught in posession lots of times in the last under 23 ,4 nil defeat by Huddersfield, hope he proves me wrong but if he starts I fear it will be a long 90 minutes for the lad at this level

Never seen him play but if Sir Bobby rates him that's good enough for me.......

Enjoyed that article last month hope it becomes a monthly feature Sir Bobby telling the official website what the developmental side have been up to in games, fitness, injuries etc so we become more aware of those who could be our next generation of first teamers.

Jared Bird has been getting on 1st team bench recently so he might be ahead of Kay in pecking order; he's another option to play todau
