E Bay fraud alert

    My nephew ordered a Barnsley 05/06 home shirt of a supplier who advertised on E bay. The supplier is located in the Far East.
    The shirt arrived and is truly poor quality, threads hanging lose, colours run when washed and the size is not accurate, my nephew is a medium but likes a larger fit to ear a fleece underneath, this is nearly skin tight.
