E-mail help please

I never get pictures on emails I get, there's just a blank space where the pictures should be. How do I rectify this please?

 

Are you on a free email (ie hotmail) rather than a POP3 account?

 

It's a pop3 with Blueyonder

If you look on the top of your email there's a bar, it givesyou FROM and SUBJECT then under that is a smaller bar which says.
