My e-mail account with Blueyonder is through Outlook Express. I'm ruunning AVG free edition. I have never had a problem accessing my e-mail account before but have been struggling the last 3 days. I get a time-out message as follows "A time-out occurred while communicating with the server. Account: 'pop3.blueyonder.co.uk', Server: 'pop3.blueyonder.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19". I've run the Blueyonder Support Tool and that says the connection is OK. Anyone any ideas?
Cheers Oscar I thought I'd ask our resident IT experts first since all the connections are OK and the Internet works Ok. I see your point though.
