About 18 months ago, I had reason to e mail Bfc regarding a work related matter. So, I used the address advertised on the website. Having received no reply, I chased it up, and got a second address, direct to one of the marketing staff. At the time the club shrugged it off, saying that they were having difficulties with e mails. So, fast forward, and I wanted to find some info from the marketing dept, about a service the club provides, but is not on the website as far as I can see. So, I e mailed again. Again, no reply. Same address, but no reply. Either way, it's not good. If the addepress isn't working, it hasn't been for 18 months, yet is still being advertised on the website. Alternatively, my e mail has been seen, but hasn't received a response. It's not massively important, but what if I was a potential investor?
i sent 2 emails when trying to buy my season tickets and got no reply but did get one when i raised a question about a friendly. Not very good when they just ignore you - especially when i was trying to spend my hard earned!
