East Stand Lower nearest Gangway to North Stand

    Why dont BFC allow you to buy tickets in that gangway

    Because there's been a fair bit of trouble in there - small section was cornered off when it was the brewery stand

    Thing is though they then let people move to that area once they are in the ground and bought tickets for another gangway

    Cos about ten year ago there were a load of young ruffian lads sat there. . .

    Was a ST there 2 seasons ago.

    For matches when a large away crowd expected S Y Police would advise the club that the section nearest away end had to be empty. For these matches we had to move elsewhere.

    The club introduced this policy after our last home game in the championship against Sheff. Wed. If you remember trouble started with both sets of fans throwing coins, which ended up with the PSUs being deployed. If you noticed the bottom corner of the North stand was cordoned off on Saturday as well, to prevent re-occurrence.

    I think it was the game before last against Wednesday where it kicked off, the evening fixture? Anyway, for the Leeds games it gets cordoned off anyway so no doubt that will be the case again this year when we have bigger games.
