England coach Fabio Capello has told his scouts to monitor Sylvan Ebanks-Blake once the new Premier League season gets under way to see if the Wolves striker is ready for the step up to international football.

    Are we that desperate?

Sounds like a good ides to me, had good up bringing at Man Uts, since then has averaged more than a goal every two games in the championship. If he starts well then he wont be at wolves for long. He should have been in the U21 squad this summer.

    I'm happy with that

Players lie Ebanks Blake could profit from a David Beckham cross, which the current England strikers fail to do. Good luck to the lad, he deserves a shot.
