just a quick one. having never sold anything on ebay only ever buying I need advice. My paypal account is set up with my credit card as I only generally buy on ebay. If I was to sell something could I then pay the money from my paypal account to my credit card, or does this money need to go to a bank account? meaning i need to set up a bank account through paypal. cheers in advance.
You would be better off setting up a bank account also with paypal, that way, if and when you want to withdraw cash from your paypal account, it could be transferred straight into your bank account. (no charges from paypal for withdrawals £50 and above)
We use paypal at work to sell items on ebay. What we do is let the funds build up and then transfer them from ebay to our bank account. I think all you need is bank account number and sort code, and then it will set up a direct transfer.</p>
so in the long run I would be better off setting up paypal to my bank account. But for the moment is there any reason why I could not pay it onto my credit card bill? This way it save me transfering money from paypal to my account then to my credit card if you catch my drift lol
