What a farce this is. The wife and I are Inundated with phone calls since positive results came through. Calls at least every hour going over the same stuff. We both did the questionnaire over the phone last night 2 twenty minutes calls, we know they got all of the details because we have both received messages saying we have been in contact with someone and to self isolate for 14 days which is wrong. As we both had a positive result its 10 days either from 1st symptoms or from test date. So sat eating breakfast this morning and guess what they phone again saying they paperwork wasn't filled out correctly and we needed to do it again. Your feeling run down and they expect you to keep answering the phone. It's a joke
That's what I've said to my wife, we've now blocked the number so it doesn't ring they just leave voicemails and because it has been sourced out the English is terrible or non existent
