It’s been over a year & still us supporters are none the wiser. Could this be affecting our ability to sign players? Weee all expecting a suspended points deduction, but could a fine be incoming? Do the club know more & waiting for the right time to announce it?
We've signed a new manager, 2 new players and one supposedly on the way in this week. Doubt its having an impact? It'll be a fine, anything more will be appealed and then reduced to a fine
I’m more bewildered why our fans keep bringing it up. It’s clear from other similar cases it will be nothing but a minimal suspended punishment (which means as long as we don’t do it again we’ll be fine). It’s probably taking so long because it’s so low down on the FAs to do list. We don’t gain any major advantage from the infringement and we quickly reported ourselves.
To answer your last question, No. The club don't know more. The EFL will announce their decision publicly when the EFL have decided. We are at the mercy of the EFLs calender, there's no conspired silence that's keeping the fans in the dark.
