Eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.

I watched the Royal British Legion rememberence service....

last night at the Albert hall, very moving, superbly conducted and made you feel extremely proud, Billy Connolly, Elvis Costello and any other towrag that feels Britain has nothing to offer should watch, learn and give thanks to the brave men and women of our wonderful armed forces past and present that have fought and suffered to give us all freedom.

 

Not one for Marching Bands etc but

I watched the Remembrance Service last night. Held me spellbound until it finished. Makes you proud to be British.
