    He's still a very young lad, too good for U23 but not yet ready to play for championship playoff contenders.

    Hope people don't write off Moncur or Lee etc. Our team is flying. Obviously a few lads may develop a bit slower, so let Hecky work with them and see where they end up.

    Let him get some loan experience at a league club for the rest of the season and give him the chance to stake a claim for next season with a good pre season. If at the start of the next season he's around where he currently is in the pecking order then we should try and get shut in August.

    Have we ever, in the whole history of the club, loaned out a player who went on to play regularly for our first team? Jennings is the only one I can think of to get much game time when he came back, and we all know how that worked out. A loan away from BFC is as step towards the exit.
