    If I cc someone in on an email can they view it before the main recipient, or does the main recipient need to view it first?

    It will be sent to all recipients at the same time and they can all view it as soon as they receive it.

    If you Bcc, they can also read at the same time but their details are hidden from the other recipients.

    All recipients receive it simultaneously and can then read it whenever they get round to doing so. AFAIK if you need recipients to receive in a specific order, you can only send it to the first, requesting a read receipt, then send it to your other recipient (s) after
