Took time off work to get to ground at 3.30 pm today and obviously no go. After much effort I've managed to email box office with my requirements and credit card details as per instructions on radio dee dah. Don't have much confidence tho. Anybody else tried it? S) It's got to be the future

Would that be an encrypted email to avoid your details being passed about? who has accss to these details? will they be printed off ? where will the hard copy be put? Will thy be kept on file/
