Read it ended this week but not sure when?

Ideally I would like to see a couple of new faces a target man and a defender...... defender may be possibility, but can't see us bringing in another striker unless KO goes out on loan again.

A few realistic targets, I feel SD should consider......

Paul McShane - Sunderland (Defender) physical defender who likes to get forward
Anthony Gardner - Hull (Defender) tall and talented centre back
Jon Grounds - Boro (Left back) skillfull full back who likes to attack
Seb Hines - Boro (Defender) goalscoring centreback, big ariel threat from set pieces

Antoine Sibeirski - Wigan (Striker) physical striker, who can win ball in the air
Gary O'Connor - Birmingham (Striker) physical striker, who can win ball in the air
Marcus Bent - Birmingham (Striker) tall pacey striker, who is also ariel threat
Leroy Lita - Reading (Striker) not a target man but prolific goalscorer at this level.
Celab Folan - Hull (Striker) like KO, but with goals in his locker!
sorry but got to say it Dean Windass - Hull (Striker) not the tallest but a big presence on the field, passionate, physical, works hard for team and scores goals. But he still up to it at this level

Where do you dream these names up from?

Marcus Bent was a regular for Birmingham before getting injured, and Paul McShane has played a fair few times for Sunderland this season. Gardner was also a regular for Hull before his injury.

At this stage of the season teams involved in relegation scraps, or that are in the mix for promotion, get no benefit from loaning players out. So forget players from Hull, Birmingham, Boro and Reading.
