Reckon he could do a job for us coming off the bench. Surely worth a punt on a pay as you play deal.?

So Hemmings and Cole didn't tell you we have impact players?

Most exciting front four for a while and add Oates

I think we're looking more than strong enough going forward. Hemmings, Winnall, Lita, Cole, plus Jennings and Treacy should weigh in with a few. Hourihane also seems to be capable of scoring from midfield, Berry scored 14 from MF last season, albeit in a much weaker league. Surely defence is where we need to strengthen? I still think we could do with a wily old centre back to complement the younger lads and help them keep their shape and concentration at key times.

I think that we need to get the left back position secured. Dudgeon on loan for the rest of the season for me. Then, either a right back or centre half, preferably one who can play both.

    No Thankyou.
Way past his best and we seem to have adequate competition up front for a change

Why? We've got 4 senior forwards and then a couple of youngsters if we suffer from injury problems

We need to strengthen at the back, need a left back unless we secure a longer deal for Dudgeon, and could also do with a right back

There's a world of difference between being considered garbage in the Premiership and being garbage in League1. And we do need a target man - sign him up :p

Why do we need a target man? This obsession with lumping a ball up to a big man annoys me.

Let's play football, let's attack team down the wings & get low balls played in from the byline.

I don't want to hoof our way out of this league, let's play football like Swansea did.

This obsession with size is all wrong, heard several say we shouldn't have signed Lita because he's 'not big enough' and then there was all then obsessed with seeing Danny Rose put on 3 stone of muscle.

    Not for me ta

I'll say it now that we won't sign Emile Heskey, I don't think we need another striker and I couldn't see him coming anyway, doesn't fit the profile of what Danny's trying to build.

What I don't understand is some of the negativity towards Emile Heskey. He's never really been a goalscorer but he's England's best target man in the last 20 years for me. He's probably lost a few yards of pace now, but a few years ago he was one of the first names on the team sheet for England, purely because of the amount of work he did for other players. Certainly a better target man than Rooney and Crouch. How anyone thinks he couldn't do a job for a team In our division is beyond me.

He was actually the only England player to ever have studs put in the arse of his shorts, because that is where he spent most of his time , sat on his fat arse !!

May have to get cheque book out IMO to secure Dudgeon beyond current loan as IMO he doesn't look as he's in Hulls plans and they'll want to get a return on him.
