RE: Try this..... then click on the "Installer v0.46c" link on their page. I think I used the Kent university mirror, but I don't think it really matters. I believe it's just to get a download, try it, no harm done.
Oh and it's the little page-type symbol on the right you click on.... next to the numbers 4515kb not the Kent university logo on the left. Hope it works.
