First the demise of Sports Mixtures, and now these!

LAST ROUND SMARTIES TUBES ROLL OUT
THE much-loved round Smarties sweets tube is being axed this week after 68 years - and the last 100 will be individually numbered with a certificate signed by Rowntree boss Chris White.

A six-sided hexatube will replace the old favourite. A spokesman said: "We needed to take the packaging into a new age."

Regardless of how they promote the change, it's about saving costs in production. This will be much cheaper to produce.
