Been saying for a while that they wont qualify. When it comes to international football we just cant compete. We have the best players when it comes to playing our english game but the slower more technical game is out of our grasp. The other teams above us all have banker games against Andorra left too. We will slip up again more than once. Couldn't care less either. They are a bit of a joke at the moment. How they fill Wembley is beyond me. No way would I pay to watch them, never mind go abroad to support them.

There was a perfect opportunity to put the National Stadium in a better place.

Where it is now, still surrounded by a trading estate is ridiculous. When the old stadium was pulled down ,the new stadium should have been built somewhere easy for all the country to get to.
Around the midlands somewhere would have been perfect.
I have heard all the excuses that it should be in the Capitaletc. totally dont see the point

Its something to do with Fifa basing it in London. Dont want the footballing big wigs in birmingham getting lost on the Spag junction.

Couldn't agree more. Says it all when the smiles were wiped off McClarens and Venables faces when Brazil got their goal. England will win nowt, because the Nation demands success, and the longer we go without winning anything the more pressure is put on the overpaid players and managment. Scrap the National team and lets have Great Britain side with 4 managers and coaches, then when we still don't win owt, we'll not know who to blame.
