Any of you lot go to England away games?

I've done a few, off to Kyiv in September for the game against Ukraine, just wondering if any other Barnsley fans are making the trip.

Was in Kiev last summer for The Euros game against Sweden. Really cheap, great atmosphere, friendly locals (English not widely spoken tho), stunning women. City itself is ok, not a lot to do, food is generally ropey, pizzas or McDonalds are best bet. Stadium is walking distance from city centre.

Dontesk was suprisingly good. Donbass stadium is brilliant, much better than Olympic Stadium in Kiev which has a running track round it so views are a bit more distant.

I've been to a few home games but they were all years ago. These days I wouldn't even watch them on tele.

Yeah its in the Olympic stadium but I'm not too fussed seen as the tickets are only a tenner. Knew about the prices etc, but thanks for the info.

Think we're planning on just having a wander around on the day of the game and then maybe Chernobyl the day after the game.
