Enjoyed today's game

First half we were poor but actually created more chances than the second half

Missed opportunity with other results going our way

Would have given us some hope going into our game against notts county

But roll on next season

It was a funny game. We could have scored about 6 but didn't really ever pull them apart. Dangerous from set pieces again.

Much improved second half.

 

It improved when the substitutions took place.

But we were on the whole less than average, with no visual indication again that we have progressed much (if at all) from the DW era.

Our creativity is so limited. No wingers and no drive forward from midfield.

Uninspiring to watch.

 

Lower in possesion but higher scoring chances first half. They got lucky with this only clear chance and scored from Connor's slip.

Second half we had more control of the game, less chances but scored. Though substitutes worked well with Berry and Jabo.

Strange game. stil believe we are 5 - 6 players from a top end competetive squad. More is some like Crainie go.

 

Only clear chance?

My memory serves me up an unchallenged clear header from a corner.

And their ginger bloke was through one time and blasted it at our keeper.

Nowt lucky about their goal neither. Not their fault if one of ours can't keep his feet. We could still have defended that situation too.
