Just seen the above transfer has gone through.

I've seen this lad numerous times over the last 2/3 seasons at Dulwich Hamlet (local non league club) and he's been the main reason they got promoted 2 seasons ago and just missed the playoffs in a higher division this year. Creative midfielder, cracking vision, brilliant free kick taker and has regularly got 20 goals from midfield. He's tiny mind you (5ft 4ish) but would have loved for us to have a punt on him.

Hope it works out for him, a huge void for the Hamlets though.

My initial thought was i wondered how he'll get to grips with the pace and physicality of the league because of his small stature, but he's been doing it in the Isthmian South and Isthmian Premier and given as good as he's gotten. Dare I saw, he's Butterfieldesque in large parts of his game, especially shooting and his turns to maintain posession.

Looked like he was going last year but somehow they managed to convince him to stay.

Big jump though. Would be like us signing a player from the Unibond League.

Mind, some of the losers playing for us last season would probably struggle in the Unibond.

True, three leagues i think it is. But he's stood out a mile. Way too good for that league, even with knee high challenges regularly coming in around him. He'll actually get more time on the ball in league 1 (if they give him a run).

I suppose if it pays off it's a worthwhile gamble, if not I doubt he's on a fortune.

We don't have scouts though so zero chance of spotting these players.
