I couldnt get registered with a dentist in the Barnsley area even though I need treatment. NHS Direct were as much use as a chocolate ash tray
Yes I did. I thought he should be made aware of the problem being faced not by just myself but many others too. Isn't that what he gets paid for. He obviously thinks so too because he has provided the solution. You ought to try being in pain for weeks with no visible means of a solution and perhaps you would resort to such acion
imho it is a political matter And you've every right to contact your MP about it. What was the solution?
RE: imho it is a political matter To by pass the dentists altogether and ask my GP to refer me to the dental services at Barnsley hospital (which she has done)
Strange When i come over and want dental treatment i get it! But i pay for it, was that the real problem? Not wanting to pay for it.
RE: imho it is a political matter which will take equally as long as finding a dentist yourself!! At mongomary hospital they have a wlk in dentail service which is excellent
RE: imho it is a political matter When's your appointment ? The bureaucracy at the hospital is the stuff of legend.
Good luck mate, bad toothache is excruciating, hope you get it sorted.
