Error message when buying online

    I'm trying to buy 3 Wigan tickets online and keep receiving this error message after selecting the number of tickets and clicking "add to basket".

    Anyone have any clue what I'm supposed to do? There's no option to assign any "client" anywhere and no-one else appears to be having this problem. It's not Chrome being crap as well as I receive the same message when I try it on Explorer. I also can't contact the box office as it's shut.

    Help please :(

    I just got 'you do not have the required permission'..despite being a ST holder..really chuffed!!

    I know they usually stop online sales on a Tuesday evening but as far as I'm aware there's been no announcement along those lines and in the past the option to buy online vanishes at that point.

    Going to be very, very annoyed if I and others miss out on tickets because the website is playing up. I'd be down the box office first thing tomorrow if I could but living in Nottingham makes that a non-starter.

    It now says "SOLD OUT" on the online tickets page.

    FFS Barnsley. We better get those extra 400 tickets.

    It's because it is defaulting to best available. Change this and it works fine, well it did for me when I got exactly the same error.

    I tried changing it to all the other options but it still didn't work.

    Luckily I've gone back and tried again without any changes and it's worked. Phew!
