BFC, as a club, have made far too many fundamental mistakes since getting our championship status back. Board of Directors, up until this season, did we have one? Management appointments, since letting Robins go, terrible. Investment? Where is it? Will it ever happen? Off-the-field financial plans, simply does not exist. Player recruitment generally poor, with the odd "gem" sold (at crap prices below real market value). Fan base drifting away with no incentive to keep attending. Stadium looking shabby with no improvements seen for many years. It really is a mess at BFC and as much as it hurts me to say it, we are relegated this season. Ultimately what has been our downfall, is shocking leadership at owner and management level. We can argue this point all day and night, but our business decisions, appointments, etc. have not been good enough and now we reap what we have sown. Generally, the BBS is good for the on-the-field football debate. And yes, tonight we were embarrassed by a class and expensive side. But my frustration is that, as Club, our leaders have failed, miserably, over the last few years.
