espn classsic 442 on sky

anyone else watch it last night. super reds were on against portsmouth, think it was 85 drew 2-2 winnie campball and rodger wylde got barnsley goals. portsmouth scored 5 minutes before half time and in the 90th minute. nowt ever changes eh!

 

i thought ESPN would just have American rubbish, I'll keep my eyes open from now on.

 

football every night at 10pm, on now til 8pm for early premiership games

Can't work out out why anyone would watch this

Surely the beauty of watching sport is not knowing the outcome!

Can't work out the attraction of a "classic" channel.

Now if we just got ESPN that would be ok!

I guess, ultimately, that the space is there for so many TV channels, that there is no reason not to have a channel!

Agreed, The whole point of sport

is not knowing the outcome. It's why Champions League matches in the group stages don't really interest people .. you generally know which two teams will qualify.

Only ... it's always great re-living a classic match when you spanked the oppostion.

there wouldn't be many arseing about on the internet if BFC 7-1 Hudds was playing on telly tonight.
