What a pile of poo this is. There doesn't seem to be a will to solve any of its known problems.

    a) It's impossible to view the interactive seating map if you're using Chrome.
    b) You get the heart sinking "WE'RE SORRY! There has been an unexpected error" after payment has been taken. The next 5 or 10 minutes are spent anxiously waiting to see if you do actually receive the email with the tickets attached.
    c) The ticketing portal tells you that there's still items in your basket which you will lose in x.xx minutes, further convincing you that the transaction has failed.
    d) When they do arrive, every ticket has your name on them, despite having gone to the trouble of assigning them to other people.

I've purchased at the box office for friends, told them the names, and they then give me the tickets which all bear my name.

If this was any other retailer, you would think twice before taking the risk of using it.
