no no it's the contract with ptv (whatever they are now) The contract says that x amount of stories HAVE to be published daily. I'm not sure why barnsley have this clause in the contract when none of the other local clubs have (or at least they dont stick to it), the bloke in charge of rotherhams site said he'd never heard of such a thing but there we go
