could perform at their highest level for just 90 minutes of their life-and that's what's needed on Saturday.

There is no room for 90% efforts-100% for 90 minutes is possible-and required-every single one of the squad has to make sure that they are at their peak-we can't allow a sub standard performance to spoil what could be our last chance of promotion for a long time.

and the same goes for the crowd-100% backing before and during the match-don't get on anyone's back-don't moan if your "favourite" isn't picked.

And if all the above doesn't get us the win then after the game we can all go home knowing we and they have done our best

    Paul...remember some time ago

when you did a poll about our predicted finishing position?

    Can you remember the results?

Searched but I cant find it.

I seem to remember your claim that the folks who thought we would end up in the playoffs were being overly optimistic.

Mid table finish was your own prediction i remember.

Think I reckoned we would finish 2nd.
