Have you upgraded to Windows Live Messenger yet? If not, is there any major/techy reason as to why?

RE: I upgraded and the PC crashed quite a few times afterwards

The reason I ask is because my dad has a pc, but quite often we use remote assistance so I can resolve any problems he has. Now, im still on MSN but he's on Live. We cannot seem to communicate now for remote assistance, it doesnt want to know.
