And not from the supporters backwards step yesterday in my opinion!

I don't blame him, we seem to have a minority of moronic "supporters" who have criticised everything he's done since taking over at BFC.

I agree but I'd just rather him be more positive.

If I had to put up with the unjustified criticism that Hill gets I'd think 'ballacks to it' too. I'd chalk '****' on trying to move this club forwards and be on my toes at the first opportunity.

But surely you get the same criticism at every club?

Yes he will get moaning fans at every club, that goes with the territory of being a manager but here he has no way to try and make a difference. There appears to be no backing or investment from the board, some of the players he has brought in are letting him down badly but he is still expected to perform miracles. With a bit of time, money and patience I think Hill could be a very good manager.

The support for hill is surprisingly strong given how bad results have been this year.

because the sane ones and non sensationalists have realised how he and the club are not fighting on a level playing field maybe?

Hill is fed up with the media I think as much as anything. The fans have been supportive in the main (except this board after any defeat!) and we need to harness a siege mentality and stick together. We have very little money but we have a management team who are trying to make our team play the right way and who are trying to build something for the future. The league is so tight.

It's the not so silent minority that wind Hill up.

If a football manager cannot accept any criticism, then he is in the wrong job.
His results since January are worrying, if you think they are fine then I suggest you have a good look at them. There has been a few, not many in reality, very good results, some decent results results and a lot of very piss poor results, the majority in fact. I will say it again , you only get points for the results not how little money you have, if we did BFC would be top 6, not bottom 6.
Hill has got as much money as he was told he would have, the same amount that he said was plenty, the same amount that he said was a good kitty and one that he would be able to work with.

But of course none of this matters , he wears a nice jacket , so that should be worth 8 points, he talks in riddles, that must be worth 8 points, he moans about the fans that pay his wages, surely that is worth 8 points a season. There you go 24 points easy peasy. Only another 26 to get by winning games.
