I have a spreadsheet of 500 society member details (6 columns wide block) and I wish to print off the details such that one sheet of A4 will show two blocks side by side. Each block to show 50 members (+ headers), so that I can see 100 members per sheet. Any Excel expert help will be appreciated?

If you click on "View" and select "Page Break View" you can drag the page breaks to wherever you want so that the block are 50 at a time.

Just this. But you'll need to insert a row after every 50th (click on 51st row and click 'insert row') and copy and paste the headers.

I'm not 100% sure what you're trying to do but if you just copy and paste the bottom 250 alongside the top 250 you'll get two blocks side by side.

You should be able to set rows to repeat at top of page under page setup I think.

Thanks lads, but it seems you are all at the same level as me as I have tried all those but I am looking to make the job less onerous as I am always updating the spreadsheet and was looking for a quick print fix.
