Can you move text within a cell to print it vertically instead of horizontal ?

If you use the format cells function there is a command called alignment which changes the orientation of the text by as little or much as required. I think this is what you're trying to do.

    1. Right click over the text.
    2. Select format cells.
    3. Select the "alignment" tab
    4. In the top right you should see "orientation" - drag this to the 12 o' clock or 6 o' clock depending on which way up you want the text to read.
