Yes, despite the negative stats - just 1 win and 7 goals scored - and the ever increasing injury list, I am looking forward to tomorrow. The sun will be shining, and no matter the XI picked by Hillcroft, I now know that I will enjoy watching my club. Id like to marry up the enjoyable football with an enjoyable result of course. But if you have been a regular down at Oakwell, you will appreciate that going to the game on a saturday over the last few years had become something of a chore. Or perhaps a reason to escape the missus!
But for me at least, matchdays are again a day to relish. The atmosphere in the last 3 games I attended - Leicester, Watford and Derby - added to the enjoyment too. And I hope we can make Oakwell roar again come 3pm tomorrow.
Its certainly refreshing to be able to welcome back the lads after 2 more unbeaten away trips. That feeling as you make your way out of Oakwell, knowing we are away next and likely to lose has also gone.
Basically, Im a happy Red right now. And I fancy 1-0 tomorrow, with Andy Gray notching his 100th career league goal. Here's hoping eh? :)

The football that's been played over the last few games makes me look forward to weekends again. For me it's not only results (yes they are needed if we want to stay up) it's about entertainment for me.

A 1-0 would do nicely, I agree. Butterfield seems to be getting into the right areas at the moment but I'd be happy with anyone scoring as long as we play the stuff we have been watching recently.

i agree with you whitey, i can't wait for tommorow.......the injurys aren't ideal at all but im confident whatever team keith and flicker put out then they will play with pride and passion trying to play football in the right way.

like you whitey ive bought into what the management are trying to build here and im loving watching it take place. the development from first 2 shocking home games to what we are watching now is great and fascinating watching us progress and take shape as a team and a club........but by no means are we the finished article.

watching the training yesterday and seeing how the players react to the mangement and vice versa has made me even more enthusiastic. it was honestly great to watch and good laugh listening to the banter between staff and players.

im going for a 2-1 reds win, coventrry arent a great side but they like to get it down the wings and get the ball into the box to Jutkiewicz who is there main threat
