Well impressed with Colgan as a summariser on the match commentary. Articulate, knowledgeable, biased towards Barnsley (!) and has an accent you can understand - all you can ask for in a commentator! Would like to have him again on Player. Anyone think the same, or think different?

Yeah, he's pretty good. Biased towards BFC but also gives praise to Hull when they have a good move.

yes I think he is doing a pretty good job - no problem with him being a bit biased towards us - not over the top though and giving fair assesment of Hull as well

He really is excellent to listen to, gives an excellent perspective on the game from a players view and also isn't scared to have an opinion.

Would love to hear him back on player in the near future.

Glad you enjoyed listening to Nick, his summary and analysis were spot on and it was a pleasure to work with him. He'll be on board again in the future when his Huddersfield commitments allow. Anybody else think he has a touch of the "Jim Beglins" about him?

That's who it was!! I was trying to think who he reminded me of.

If I can be hyper-critical, Matt, there was quite a bit of hesitation ("err") but apart from that his delivery and content were spot on. Bring him back - he's a good luck charm if nothing else!
