don't know but the extra tickets came yesterday and i was there first thing in the morning so they had probably sold 500 by tuesday night and so probably another 2-300 yesterday if theres still the same demand.
It's a small - but well covered stadium - at Southend - and I have been when we have taken only a few hundred - and it's still generated a good atmosphere. The Shrimpers don't strike me as the most passionate fans vocally (although the 100 who came up in the cup match were lunatics!) - so If we take a 1000 plus I reckon we can make it like an home game for the Reds with the level of noise and support. There is a lot of cliches spouted in footy but the 'crowd can be the twelfth man' one does have some truth IMHO..........don't regret if we go down not doing your bit to get behind the lads as it will be too late then. Come on Tarn..........
Got my ticket and am ready to be as loud as poss. Lets make it a great atmosphere for the team right from the moment we hit the ground.
