Hi Marlon - am now Roy the boy (in homage to my old man god rest his soul) as lost all my Steve o details. Age! Like you I'm finding all this sad, disappointing and bemusing. Like you I'm having my doubts but still keeping the faith with him and Flicker because I still believe that, given time, and looking long term, I think they can rebuild the club. The stats are bad and the recent performances have been less than good. He's confusing me with his selections (Bobby being a case in point) and his post match analyses. Still love his bizarre humour but that's not gonna win us games. We know we're not happy clappers and we know it's about the long term but I do hold with the view that Div 1 is a place we shouldn't be going back to. Despite the financial restrictions, we (team and fans and management) still have the potential to raise this club again. However if we go into Jan with no improvement, then even Keith must realise that his time is up. I'm hanging my hopes on the new lads gelling and a fit Perkins re-appearing. Keep the faith brother. good on yer roy glad your keeping the faith, must admit am gerrin a bit anxious i just hope he ent lost dressing room. wendy's game is the alamo for hill imo if players don't come out with any heart and soul for that itsa kick in the teeth for us and keefy will walk in my opinion but the players better be warned cos if they don't put a shift in for that game fans'll remember which ones they are cos they're not blameless in this at all.
