depends on what cut of lamb it is I would not cook either a leg or shoulder joint from frozen. Chops,steaks etc yes no problem. Believe me, I was a butcher for 20 years.

RE: Leeds to survive...... I couldn't agree more. on radio 5 Danny (I want a contract) Mills was gushing so much it made me sick. I thought it was 1923 when Leeds City were kicked out and Utd came in, could be wrong though !!!!!
