Nice to see the FA showing off their double standards. Apparently both Luis Garcia and Hayden Mullins were due to miss the Cup Final after they were sent off last night, but following an appeal they have gone against the ref and allowed both of them to play. Funnily enough; back in 1980 when West Ham were in the final again, Billy Bonds had a bit of a set-to with Colin Todd and was sent off after a full-blown affair which included uppercuts, right crosses and left jabs raining in from both sides. Both were sent off but a plea for clemency allowed Bonds to play in the final against Arsenal.
in my eye's a good decision ! let's have all the best players playing & garcia is brilliant , it's a showpiece event so fair play to the FA ....(Y)
If that's their reason... then fair play. But they haven't done it in the past for players of 'lesser' clubs
(shithappens) But being the ol's stickler that i am i disagree with them breaking the rules. Methinks we have a difference of opinion old bean.
Garcia has been anonymous for most of the season , he is the Martin Devaney/Chris Shuker of Liverpool.
