It looks like it's just the clubs who join at this round who get put into alphabetical order for the top numbers.
Someone corrected me on this last time, apparently it's order you were drawn out so that number would have been apparent from the moment the last draw was made, although I'm guessing they must scrap that at the third round seeing as new teams become involved, which is why we've traditionally been number 3 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
58 also happens to be out current position in the football league. Just a coincidence of course, but still.
