IT'S logo lunacy...for the eagle eyed among you here's a look at the tiny badge that has landed Barnsley keeper Luke Steele in hot water with the FA.
The small motif on his under shirt poking out of his jersey is likely to cost the 23-year-old cash because it doesn't match that of the official Barnsley kit supplier.

Steele is making football history as the first player to be hauled up by football bosses for getting his kit wrong.

Oakwell general secretary Don Rowing explained: "He's away, so he's not had chance to respond, but it was a logo on the neck of an under-garment.

"It's not something he's done deliberately, but the the FA's compliance department have got hold of it.

"He wore it against Leicester after being seen wearing it at Liverpool in the FA Cup.

"We suspect he'll get some fine for not sticking to the rules."

Bloody crazy, it happened in the cricket other week when Stuart Broad was batting he had to get some tape to cover the logo up. Just seems daft.

 

Funny that they've not charged Dimitar Berbatov, Sol Campbell, Marlon Harewood or Bobby Zamora isn't it?!
